Sleep better tonight

To some people, the thought of falling and staying asleep is a horrifying. Our chaotic schedule makes us sleep at irregular hours and wake up to a jarring alarm clock groggy.

I’ve written some tips to fall asleep easier here. These tips are also present in my book, Peak Human Clock: How to Get up Early, Fix Eating Time Schedule, and Improve Exercise Routines to be Highly Productive.
