Daily Progression

Make every day an opportunity to progress, not just to pass by aimlessly. Set up your own daily progress metrics: practice that music, read one chapter of a book, complete one training session, or learn one foreign vocabulary.

Commit at least one thing that you must progress before calling it a day. Doing so prevents your time to be swallowed by what’s coming.

Progressing every day cultivates zest in life, knowing that you are inching closer to your goals.
