These are really just notes for myself, but I am sharing them here if they are useful for you. You may use them as pre-read material before deciding to invest your time reading the whole book, but they absolutely shall not be treated as the summary of the books—they barely are. I recommend that you read the entire book to grasp the essence of the content.
